Data Deletion

Request deletion of a BellRelay profile, workspace, or connected-service data.

Disconnect an integration

Open BellRelay, select the business and integration, then choose Disconnect. Disconnecting stops new provider events and removes active provider credentials. Provider-required deletion continues asynchronously.

Request data deletion

Email support@bellrelay.com from the address associated with your BellRelay sign-in. Include the workspace and connected shop names, but do not send customer data or provider credentials. We will authenticate the request before acting.

What happens next

We delete or irreversibly anonymize applicable user, workspace, integration, customer, event, export, and credential data, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and platform obligations. Payload-free evidence may remain for a limited period where required.
